Sunflower is a Del Webb community in Marana, just northwest of Tucson, and is nestled in between the Santa Catalinas, Sombrero Peak and the Tortolita Mountains. The hallmark of this community is it's intimate village-like setting where neighbors soon become friends. There are dozens of amenities and activities, such as swimming, and tennis, as well as clubs and classes.
Homes in this community generally range from $150,000 to $300,000, and are 1,100 to 2,000 square feet in size. Sunflower has just under 1,000 homes on approximately 245 acres.
